What you'll do

• Plan, facilitate, document, and bill day treatment services
• build trusting client relationships
• create therapeutic group environments
• develop and implement Behavior Support Plans and crisis strategies
• use trained behavior modification and de-escalation techniques
• conduct diagnostic assessments
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with families, guardians, and schools
• participate in supervision and treatment meetings
• contribute to quality targets and program performance
• follow licensure, confidentiality, and billing requirements.
