What you'll do

• Manage facility operations during scheduled shifts
• provide reception and direct calls and visitors
• monitor resident check-in and check-out
• document activities and protect confidentiality
• enforce house rules
• respond to emergencies
• communicate program schedules
• follow medication protocols
• support residents and manage crises
• conduct walk-throughs and bed checks
• coordinate volunteers
• maintain logs and mail
• and report basic facility issues.
