The Parts Associate, Generator Parts role is onsite in Winfield, West Virginia, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to work as business needs dictate. Compensation is not specified. The role supports PALCO Power Systems, a distributor of Kohler Power Systems, within Scott Electric Company’s electrical distribution business. The associate manages parts inventory and requests for customers and service technicians, helping maintain efficient generator service operations. Accurate sourcing, stocking, ordering, and documentation help ensure technicians have parts for scheduled jobs, emergency calls, and preventive maintenance.

What you'll do

• Identify, source, and supply generator, transfer-switch, and related equipment parts. Maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, receive shipments, and organize stock. Work with manufacturers and suppliers to order parts, verify availability, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies. Assist customers and teams with inquiries, pricing, and product information
• use diagrams and manuals to identify components
• create purchase and sales orders
• process warranty claims and returns
• and prepare parts for technician jobs.
