What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting for commercial productions from setup through closeout
• handle production accounts payable, vendor onboarding, invoice review and coding, approvals, payments, and inquiries
• maintain job-cost records
• review expenses and allocate AICP cost codes
• prepare production cost reports
• reconcile activity against budgets
• investigate missing costs and variances with production teams
• reconcile payroll activity and production expenses
• support client billing, cash-flow reporting, audits, and finance projects.
