What you'll do

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, policy documentation, and training materials
• review sales processes and recommend efficiencies
• enter and clean Salesforce data
• support daily sales operations, process monitoring, approvals, and documentation
• investigate basic Salesforce issues and assist with records, user access, and partner logins
• compile operational and compliance reports
• collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and other departments on workflow improvements.
