Events Specialist

What you'll do

• Coordinate webinar, virtual meeting, and online event scheduling and setup
• maintain event details, registrations, and calendars
• arrange speaker and staff rehearsals
• provide technical support and troubleshoot event issues
• share recordings and attendance data
• support in-person and virtual event logistics, registration, hotel room blocks, attendee communications, documentation, contracts, invoices, expenses, vendor payments, event platforms, website updates, and reporting.
