What you'll do

• Conduct daily arrears collections and resident follow-ups
• oversee resident move-ins and move-outs
• inspect units before move-ins and after move-outs
• coordinate work orders with maintenance staff
• assist with annual unit inspections for Tax Credit Regulatory compliance
• complete annual resident certifications
• process move-in packages
• prepare Section 8 packages for supervisor review.
