What you'll do

• Represent members before USCIS, EOIR, the Department of State, and related venues
• conduct intakes and determine appropriate action with supervising attorneys
• prepare immigration forms, motions, briefs, and other documents
• review case progress
• obtain records through FOIA and similar requests
• communicate with clients and agencies
• maintain case records
• conduct legal research
• train and supervise legal assistants, paralegals, and interns on work product
• monitor legal changes
• and attend member information meetings and team meetings.
