The attendant helps operate arcade and midway areas and creates a welcoming guest experience. The role combines guest service, transactions, game-floor support, cleanliness, and safety monitoring to help the park run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• collaborate with team members to operate arcade and midway areas
• process game, Fun-E-Card, cash, and electronic-funds transactions
• upsell to support sales goals
• assist with inventory and restocking
• award prizes when applicable
• address guest concerns and seek leadership assistance as needed
• follow safety and hygiene guidelines
• notify arcade technicians of machine errors and return game credits
• perform minor game repairs as directed
• clean arcade bathrooms and work areas
• monitor guest safety
• perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Why this role

Part-time, under 30 hours per week; availability for at least one weekend day until closing and one weekday is required. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
