Construction Accounting Assistant

The Construction Accounting Assistant role is onsite in Hialeah, FL, part-time. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Review vendor invoices for processing
• verify invoice coding, approvals, and documentation
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• assist with job-cost coding and project expenditure tracking
• maintain project accounting records
• support cost reporting and budget monitoring
• coordinate with project managers
• track subcontractor insurance certificates, W-9s, and compliance documents
• assist with lien waivers
• prepare reports and spreadsheets
• respond to accounting inquiries.
