What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership
• drive business development and align sales, service, and operational goals
• oversee recruiting, hiring, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, compliance, and HR processes
• build and maintain a Care Partner workforce
• advocate for clients
• communicate process updates
• manage P&L, revenue growth, expenses, receivables, payables, and budget performance
• maintain client and referral relationships.
