What you'll do

• Keep buildings and grounds clean and sanitary, including daily trash and debris pickup
• clean or mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains, assist with minor repairs, clean windows, and vacuum
• perform general building maintenance
• dust locker tops
• clear snow from school grounds
• set up and take down equipment, chairs, and tables for school events
• open and lock buildings when applicable
• perform preventative maintenance such as waxing, sealing, patching, and painting
• perform other assigned duties.
