What you'll do

• Coordinate daily OR and PACU operations and surgical-day readiness
• provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures as appropriate
• coordinate with the surgeon, anesthesia providers, and surgical team
• review charts and documentation
• oversee logs, medication records, crash-cart checks, and sterilization records
• monitor supplies, medications, inventory, and equipment
• support infection-control and safety compliance
• maintain inspection readiness
• coordinate equipment maintenance and testing
• help train and coordinate OR/PACU personnel
• maintain workflows, checklists, and processes.
