What you'll do

• Provide health services based on students’ Individualized Education Plans
• conduct health assessments
• develop and implement IEPs and IPPs with clinical teams
• provide routine and emergency care, medications, tube feedings, and prescribed treatments
• monitor students during transportation and throughout the day
• maintain medical records and logs
• train staff on student-specific care
• coordinate with families and providers
• participate in IEP meetings
• maintain infection control practices.
