What you'll do

• Lead onboarding and training for new and current warehouse employees
• provide hands-on training in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, repack operations, and powered industrial vehicles including sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• support cross-training
• collaborate with employees across departments and shifts.
