The instructor delivers structured lessons for students from beginner through advanced levels, tracks progress, and prepares students for rehearsals and performances. The role develops technique, theory, and band skills so students can perform with confidence and musical independence.

What you'll do

• Deliver structured one-on-one guitar lessons
• adapt instruction to student skill levels
• teach rhythm and lead guitar
• prepare students for rehearsals and performances
• set goals and weekly practice
• track and communicate progress
• collaborate with instructors and school leadership
• prepare lesson plans and same-day lesson notes.
