What you'll do

• Manage and lead site operations
• monitor site performance, patient safety, and protocol and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with business development, recruitment, finance, contracts, and quality teams
• review dashboards and clinical trial systems
• oversee staffing, assignments, and study deliverables
• support protocol and SOP training
• develop corrective action plans
• manage hiring, performance, coaching, payroll, and onboarding
• collaborate with investigators on patient safety and study goals.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of clinical research experience, or equivalent education and experience, plus two or more years of clinical research site management experience. English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred.
