What you'll do

• Set weekly and monthly production schedules with operations leadership
• manage daily production of infused edibles
• execute batch calculations
• maintain production logs and lab test results
• inventory ingredients and supplies and order from approved vendors
• prepare for inspections
• maintain a clean and safe facility under GMP and applicable sanitation requirements
• ensure staff follow hygiene procedures and SOPs.
