What you'll do

• Educate clinicians on clinical documentation, HCC and non-HCC conditions, ICD-10-CM, and risk adjustment
• prepare educational materials

• conduct audits and validations
• identify documentation gaps and clarification opportunities
• analyze performance indicators
• develop clinician education plans
• collaborate with coding and care teams
• travel to clinics or events as needed.
