The Customer Service Specialist role is onsite in Pensacola, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $16–$17.25 per hour. Concierge Home Care’s mission is to bring high-quality, patient-centered primary care to people in their homes. The specialist provides front-office and clerical support that helps the office operate smoothly and ensures callers and visitors are directed and assisted. The role also supports mail, deliveries, and office supplies.

What you'll do

• Provide general office and clerical support
• answer and screen incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail
• greet and assist guests and visitors
• receive, sort, and forward mail and publications
• sign for and distribute packages
• order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
