What you'll do

• Process, finalize, and mail customer registrations
• review paperwork for accuracy
• interact with state and county licensing departments and the DMV for document drop-off, pickup, receipt, and filing
• update customer records
• assist with customer follow-up
• input, cross-reference, and retrieve data
• maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
