What you'll do

• Lead and supervise tree-care crews
• conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies and ANSI Z133 standards
• plan and perform pruning, removals, rigging, and technical tree care
• assign tasks and mentor crew members
• oversee safe equipment use
• communicate with customers
• assess hazards and mitigate risks
• maintain job documentation and equipment inspections
• coordinate schedules and job progress
• assist with emergency storm response and after-hours services as needed.
