What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals
• educate referral sources about services and pediatric rehabilitation
• coordinate referrals and new-client transitions
• track and report referral data
• collaborate with the clinical team
• check in patients, collect payments, answer the main phone line, and assist with creating and confirming daily appointments.
