What you'll do

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• assess clients and create individualized treatment goals
• provide ongoing therapeutic interventions
• complete assessments, treatment plans, progress and group notes, discharge summaries, and transition plans
• upload documentation to the EMR
• collaborate with the treatment team
• maintain relationships with referring professionals
• make appropriate aftercare referrals
• conduct utilization review and ASAM work for insurance companies.
