What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food for à la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
• maintain proper product rotation in chillers
• ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
• maintain clean work areas, utensils, and equipment
• know menu items, daily features, and promotions
• follow kitchen procedures and food safety and sanitation policies
• support colleagues and guest service.
