• Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work
• design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions and Power Automate workflows
• develop reusable prompts and practices
• train employees on AI and Microsoft 365 tools
• improve Teams, SharePoint, and Asana workflows
• assess business processes and technology options
• hold technology office hours
• measure productivity and business impact
• collaborate with the Software Development team when needed.
