What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential units, common areas, and building facilities
• respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
• perform basic plumbing repairs and authorized minor electrical repairs
• assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• repair doors, locks, windows, cabinets, and fixtures
• perform drywall repairs, painting, and minor carpentry
• inspect properties and complete preventive maintenance
• prepare vacant apartments
• maintain grounds and storage areas
• assist with snow and ice removal when needed
• respond to assigned emergency maintenance situations
• maintain tools and supplies
• document completed work and report outstanding repairs
• follow safety procedures, building codes, and maintenance standards.
