Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is an onsite position in Cranbury, NJ. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role oversees operational functions at BelPak’s Cranbury facility and serves as the operational link between Project Management and Operations. The manager coordinates production, staffing, shipping, warehouse, inventory, maintenance, and safety activities to meet customer commitments. The role also leads continuous improvement, operational performance, quality execution, and financial results across the facility.

What you'll do

• Oversee production, shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, maintenance, safety, and temporary labor operations
• lead daily operational meetings
• execute production, labor, and shipping schedules
• allocate resources
• monitor operational KPIs
• drive continuous improvement
• oversee warehouse and logistics activities, maintenance programs, quality execution, budgets, and personnel development.
