Senior Estimator

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects
• review drawings, specifications, scope, requirements, and risks
• use estimating software for calculations
• coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain and negotiate pricing
• collaborate on pre-construction planning, schedules, procurement, and value engineering
• assess risks and compliance
• mentor junior estimators
• and maintain and present estimate and bid records and reports.
