What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• maintain knowledge of menus, wine lists, and beverage trends
• comply with South Carolina alcohol-service laws and club policies
• provide personalized service and monitor alcohol consumption
• maintain beverage inventory and freshness of garnishes
• arrange displays
• keep the bar clean and sanitary
• enter orders in the POS system
• support dining-room service when needed.
