Lead Catering Cook

Job overview

The Lead Catering Cook position is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation is $23–$24 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary; some evenings and rare weekends are required for events. Eurest provides foodservice to corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. The cook prepares and serves food to established standards, supporting scheduled production and service while maintaining food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness. The role also assists with production planning, records, and ordering to help deliver reliable catering service.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
