What you'll do

• Provide financial leadership to ownership and school leaders
• oversee accounting, monthly close, reporting, cash management, and controls
• improve accounting and data processes
• oversee audit, tax, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• manage external financial relationships
• lead annual budgeting and five-year planning
• develop cash-flow forecasts, school-level P&Ls, and unit economics
• analyze enrollment, retention, tuition, financial aid, collections, and staffing
• translate data into recommendations and dashboards
• lead pricing, margin, and financial aid strategy
• manage banking and lender relationships
• recommend capital allocation
• identify financial and operational risks
• evaluate growth opportunities
• lead and develop the remote accounting team in Ecuador and the in-house accounting function
• improve systems and processes
• partner with school leaders.
