Aerospace Precision CNC Milling Specialist — 2nd Shift

The Aerospace Precision CNC Milling Specialist role is onsite in Southwick, MA, on second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience. The role produces precision components to aerospace quality requirements. The specialist sets up and operates CNC milling machines, inspects components, and troubleshoots machining issues to maintain quality and production throughput. The role also completes production and inspection records, performs routine maintenance, and maintains a clean, safe work area.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• interpret blueprints and work instructions
• conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision tools
• set tooling and adjust offsets and machine parameters
• troubleshoot machining and production issues
• operate multiple mills as needed
• complete production and inspection records
• perform routine maintenance and follow AS9100, ISO 9001, safety, and 6S practices.
