This role exists to lead the site's Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety programs. The manager is responsible for developing and maintaining processes that drive operational excellence, reduce workplace risk, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• Oversee OSHA compliance, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Analyze quality and safety data to prepare performance reports for leadership.
