What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations on luxury custom-home projects
• coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• build and maintain project schedules
• interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications
• maintain workmanship, quality control, and job-site safety
• conduct daily inspections and resolve issues
• coordinate inspections and code compliance
• communicate with project stakeholders
• track progress and provide updates
• manage punch lists and project closeout
• ensure work meets schedule, budget, and client expectations.
