Behavior Therapist — Autism Support

The Behavior Therapist role is onsite in Needham, MA, with pay of $20 per hour. Kaleidoscope ABA provides center-based opportunities across several states and supports children through applied behavior analysis services. Working one-to-one under a BCBA clinician’s supervision, the therapist implements individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. The role helps support children’s safety and progress through direct treatment and ABA therapy.
