What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order according to recipes and brand standards
• follow prep charts and store and rotate perishable stock
• maintain food temperatures and safe food-handling practices
• prepare special orders
• maintain stock levels
• clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• monitor waste and food costs
• respond courteously to complaints and assist service assistants as needed.
