What you'll do

• Follow resident care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, and end-of-life or postmortem care as needed
• observe and report skin-condition changes
• answer call lights
• assist with positioning, transfers, mobility, elimination, and restorative or rehabilitative programs
• take and record vital signs and weights as assigned
• and attend required educational meetings and in-services.
