This role exists to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting on-site assessments, developing proposals, and closing multi-year service agreements to build long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental, floor care, and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM data and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for customer onboarding.
