What you'll do

• Plan and deliver ground-up vertical construction projects
• lead preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• manage project schedules and recovery plans
• coordinate superintendents, engineers, field staff, and subcontractors
• oversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• serve as primary contact for owners and design teams
• manage risks, budgets, forecasts, change orders, pay applications, and reporting
• ensure code, permit, inspection, quality, and safety compliance
• lead project meetings and coordinate closeout documentation.
