What you'll do

• Troubleshoot questions about product functionality, accounting workflows, printing, installation, and general use
• answer customer questions and resolve software issues
• explain software clearly
• own assigned support cases through resolution
• research issues using internal documentation and team resources
• document interactions in the ticket system
• participate in training and certification
• meet daily productivity expectations. Evening or weekend on-call availability may be assigned.
