Quality Specialist — Behavioral Health Quality Improvement

This role supports organization-wide quality improvement by analyzing performance and client feedback, assisting with audits and regulatory compliance, and coordinating improvement projects. It also supports OhioRISE quality efforts and helps clinical teams meet payer and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Collect, analyze, and report quality indicators, outcome measures, and client satisfaction data
• assist with audits, chart reviews, and regulatory surveys
• support accreditation and licensing compliance
• contribute to PDSA cycles and root cause analyses
• monitor corrective action plans
• update quality policies and training materials
• coordinate quality committee meetings
• develop reporting dashboards
• collaborate with clinical teams on documentation and service requirements.
