The role handles employment litigation from inception through resolution, manages case strategy and deadlines, and advises clients on legal matters. It also contributes to the growth of the firm’s California Labor and Employment practice.

What you'll do

• Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• manage multiple matters and case strategy
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• conduct depositions and participate in hearings and courtroom proceedings
• provide strategic legal advice
• manage case projects and deadlines
• contribute to the California Labor and Employment practice’s growth.
