Growth Operations Manager

The Growth Operations Manager role is based full-time in the office in Johnson City, TN. The base salary is $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus a performance bonus. YES Contracting Services is a family-owned, state-licensed exterior contractor serving Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. Reporting directly to ownership, the manager oversees the company’s revenue-growth system, including lead intake, sales accountability, marketing performance, CRM practices, and reporting. The role helps leadership make data-informed decisions, protect margins, and test expansion into nearby markets before adding overhead.

What you'll do

• Manage lead intake, follow-up, sales accountability, CRM usage, lead tracking, vendor coordination, and marketing performance
• hold office staff, follow-up staff, sales representatives, and vendors accountable to KPIs and process standards
• track and report lead, appointment, estimate, close-rate, revenue, margin, and activity metrics
• oversee performance across listed marketing channels
• develop sales training, process documentation, and operating playbooks
• support market testing and expansion decisions
• work with ownership and sales, office, marketing, CRM, and production teams to identify bottlenecks and improve execution.
