What you'll do

• Greet clients and assist with wellness services
• handle calls and voicemails
• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• onboard clients by completing medical waivers and profiles
• conduct tours
• sell packages and memberships
• educate clients about services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• represent the brand and support an engaging store culture.
