Compensation is $2,300–$3,000 per year. The CDL-A Shuttle Driver role is an onsite position based in Columbus, OH. as a fixed annual salary, but drivers earn between $2,300 and $3,000 biweekly, supporting McLane Company, Inc.'s distribution operations. This role is responsible for the efficient transport of full trailers to the domicile and returning empty trailers to the distribution center. The driver ensures product security, maintains accurate DOT logs, and performs necessary vehicle inspections to uphold safety and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Ensure that product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations.
• May at times perform line haul and/or backhaul.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
