Community Resource Navigator

Job overview

The Community Resource Navigator role is an in-person position in Greater Seattle, WA, with pay of $30.49 per hour. Plymouth Housing develops and operates permanent supportive housing for adults who have experienced chronic homelessness, pairing long-term housing with on-site services. The navigator helps residents build community connections, access local resources, and settle into their buildings. Through resident-centered activities, orientation, and collaboration with staff and community partners, the role supports resident well-being, safety, and belonging.

What you'll do

• Coordinate culturally relevant activities and maintain an activities calendar
• engage residents in community-building
• facilitate new-resident orientation
• procure event supplies and coordinate food distribution
• arrange transportation
• use conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed
• plan events with staff, partners, and volunteers
• maintain a proactive presence
• gather tenant feedback
• document significant events and activities.
