The Machine Operator role is onsite in Eugene, OR, on C shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Compensation is not specified in the posting. East West Tea Company’s manufacturing team produces tea products under food-safety and quality requirements. The operator runs and monitors high-speed packaging equipment, follows production procedures, and completes quality checks and documentation. The role helps keep tea production on specification while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Operate packaging equipment to meet production rates while minimizing scrap
• replenish packaging supplies
• identify and report hazards
• follow company procedures, safety practices, and GMPs
• rotate among workstations as needed
• inspect tea bags and finished products
• monitor equipment for quality issues
• complete accurate and timely reporting and quality checks.
