The general manager leads hotel departments and is accountable for guest experience, financial performance, team engagement, and owner satisfaction. The role develops department leaders, maintains relationships with ownership and partners, and promotes safety, inclusion, ethics, and service excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead Rooms, Food and Beverage, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, Security, and Events
• ensure compliance with brand standards, company procedures, and applicable laws
• drive revenue, occupancy, profitability, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement
• coach department leaders and support succession planning
• maintain relationships with ownership, Hyatt, community partners, and management leadership
• champion safety, inclusion, ethics, and service excellence.
