HR Operations Intern

What you'll do

• Prepare and summarize attendance and staffing reports
• maintain training and onboarding records
• prepare Paylocity data pulls
• coordinate orientation logistics and track benefits and I-9 documentation
• support employee recognition and communications
• maintain event calendars
• coordinate surveys and compile participation data
• monitor performance-review completion and send reminders
• generate reports for HR and leadership.
